It is the goal of Holy Cross Catholic School to maintain low class sizes. Waiting lists are established when grades are filled. The decision to expand class size or open another classroom to accommodate wait-listed families is made by the Principal. Typical class size is maintained at the following levels.

• The preschool enrollment is set at 20 students.
• The Kindergarten through Eighth Grade class size is set at 25 students.

Students are accepted for admission in the following order:

1. Currently enrolled school families for Pre-School through Eighth Grade
2. Current Pre-School and Kindergarten families of parishioners
3. Waiting list of parishioner families for First through Eighth Grade
4. New parishioner families
5. Current Pre-School and Kindergarten families of non-parishioners
6. Waiting list of non-parishioners families for First through Eighth Grade
7. Open to all new students

Enrollment

Admission and enrollment documents are completed through TADS, a private school vendor providing admissions, enrollment, financial aid, billing, tuition, and school management services for Holy Cross. 

These are the materials that are required for admission and enrollment to Holy Cross Catholic School:

• Registration Fee
• Birth Certificate
• Health History Information
• Immunization Records
• Baptism Records (for Catholic students)
• Transportation Registration
• School Records (for Transfer students)

Admission to Preschool
Students enrolling in Preschool must be three years old by August 31 of the year they attend.

Admission to Kindergarten
Students enrolling in Kindergarten must be five years old by August 31 of the year they attend.

Transfer Students
We welcome transfer students to Holy Cross. We remind families that Holy Cross is a tuition-driven school and families of transfer students will be charged for the cost of their child's education. This may be a different model from what you have experienced in the past.
